A neighbor of mine recently had his bathroom remodeled. The project turned out really well, but I especially liked the custom stone shower. It inspired me to model a similar shower and place it in a simple bathroom scene.
I chose to use procedural textures for the stone tiles. I couldn't find the right image texture and I wanted more practice with the other texture nodes that I don't use very often. Plus, this method allows for a little more flexibility in terms of customizing the texture (color, noise size, etc.). The floor and vanity textures were made from personal photos.
Great job there. Looks a little too clean to be real, but other than that I could have been fooled. :)
Very nice. Love the bloom on the window. Did you use a cloth simulation for the towels?
