A compass for you don't lose the way...!!!!
Admins don't pick Fan Art, for some reason I think a lot of users overlook the fan art mark when uploading.
I understand it's the individual's responsibility.
And it's really no big deal with me except the fan art designation severely limits the use of the model. I rarely down load the anyway for that reason.

Very engaging video, even though I don't understand the language :-) Did you make or adapt all those models? I spotted your gun as well as the compass.
I am getting fairly confused as to what fan art is. Just a minute ago, there was a pear marked as fan art. A pear grows on trees like leaves, so are oak leaves fan art as well?
This particular model of a compass doesn't appear to be any specific brand. I used to do orienteering as a sport, so I was always looking for the perfect compass. If this was a Silva, Bruton, or a K&R I would understand that the model was using or replicating a specific brand and make. But this appears to be a generic compass.
Maybe people don't understand what fan art is or the fair use doctrine if it's being used for education, news, etc.
I know it's a giant gray area and that it's better to be save than sorry, but generic models and things like pears are clearly not a violation of anything.
Am I missing something?
