  I like your scene a lot. I'm going to try to texturize it with materials. But there are a lot of objects which are using different mesh data while they look the same. You can safe a lot of space on disk, and possibly render time, if they share the same mesh data. For example, the boxes on the top side. There are ten boxes. If you change their mesh data, sharing only one, you can reduce your file size in 3 mb.

  If you want to do this, go to Properties, Object Data, and Browse its mesh data in the list (it's easy because all have the same name + sequential 001,002,...). Select only the first version. Then change the material and link it to the Object (instead to Data), so each object can use a different material.
