This is such a masterpiece!
It's an artistic tableau to begin with, then there's the oh-so-realistic dribbling of melted chocolate and tiny (mint?) leaves and what might be maple syrup droplets garnishing the edge of the plate.
The shapes of the individual pancakes are superbly realistic and the irregularities of the chocolate piping on top are so true-to-life.
I love the miniature jug with extra yummy chocolate in it.
Though I struggle to understand what the central topping is, it still looks delicious. That stripy ball on top looks too perfectly round to be ice cream, as the image name suggests, and what's holding it in place? The little berries are definitely berry-shaped with the right bumpy bits (technical term!) on their bottoms but surely too purple.
Any way I look at it, it's all so mouth watering ...
My one suggestion would be to change the table cloth. Your cloth mesh is just a cylinder, which is why the pattern on the vertical edge gives the impression of a stick of rock.
If you were to use cloth simulation and let it fall over the table, not only would the pattern automatically end up correctly covering the surface, but the cloth would also drape like a true tablecloth.
Maybe a second suggestion: the knife and fork suggest that there should logically be a plate so the diner can serve themselves from the main platter and eat more comfortably.
Did I already mention I love this to bits?!
Naturally I like the flowers (you've done a marvellous job on their centres) and the wine :-)
