well i cant bend the arms you need to edit it some more to were it acts as real fps arms plus unity and blender users would use hese arms so you should edit edit and edit it til you think its perfect for users to use in projects
I use ik on my rigs so grabbing the elbow bone won't do anything.Try the bone on the arm then move it around.Also it works perfectly in unity.

ok i some wha get it but i'm not expert at blender but this rig...idk how to even use it i cant bend the elbows which is a real disapointment cause when you see this is a real good mesh but it's not a very good rig i would have to say you succeeded in making the mesh and textures but failed at rigging my great advice to you to avoid critisism is re rig it to a skeleton like rig system
might want to save the blend in glsl texture mode and re-upload.

the objects that have FK(Forward Kinematics) in their names, do I need to keep them or can I delete them and nothing will be affected? If I need to have them, should I move them to another layer or perhaps parent them to the axis of the player?
