I've never heard the term Corno before so I searched google for it and I think you might confound it (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Corno_da_caccia_modern.jpg) with the french horn (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:French_horn_front.png)

Since I was a child I know this instrument as a Corno. In spanish the name is Corno Francés (French Corno). Another name for this instrument is "Trompa". If you read spanish: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trompa_%28instrumento%29. Regardless the name, yours is a great model. Regards.
