Somewhere I saw a photograph of a abandoned factory that had in its interior a carpentry. I liked the detail of the carpentry ruins and tried to take it to 3D and this is the result. Images textures downloaded from are packed. Rendered with Cycles (I don't remember how to use BI anymore :)), at 2000 samples (Helped by Treat the blend at your discretion. Regards, artists.

Oldtimer, I very much like your last two scenes. They make want to set aside my current two projects and do something similar.

Hi, my friend. Glad to know you are still in the race :). Hope to see your production very soon. I'm sure it'll be high quality work as you use to do. Thanks for your comment and keep blendering.

wonderful presentation of the scene. i like the worn-out (rain and drain?!) details on the walls.

Drain and rain. A combination of these two factors. :). Thanks for your comment.

your scene is just fine. You don't need to add drains or rain.

However my "End of the Day" has a drain but no rain. I think the scene would benefit by adding rain if I could show water running off the corrugated tin roof and splashing on the ground and puddles in the road.

I'll look into to it, but I'm not in to animation at this time.
