Please enjoy! And do tell me if you use it, I would love to see where this castle might 'pop-up' next :P Happy Blending!
No problem, glad you enjoyed the movie, lets hope you enjoy the model as much! :D
Beautiful. I just watched the video and my jaw practically dropped to the floor. Amazing work!
Thank you so much, i hope your jaw got back where it belonged though... Wouldn't want to be the guy that dislocated your jaw. Enjoy the model :)
As would we all XD the idea of it being possible to create in real life was the foundation of doing this project haha. but it would be great craftsmanship indeed and probably a few months of work if not years. Enjoy the model!
Thanks! :) It's always great to hear people appreciate ones work :) Enjoy the model!
Cool, I believe I saw your short a few days ago, glad to see it here, nice job BTW!
Well thank you :) I hope you enjoyed the short ;) though it's a short - short it was a lot of work. Enjoy the model!
XD well yeah glad you appreciate that :P I dont always reply to every comment... and it depends on the website :P
incredible!! i knew it was 3D animation but still, when video started, i thought you guys made a real model first, and for a few seconds i waited for another video to show 3D render...!!!!! excellent work!!
Well thanks! it;s always nice to hear that people appreciate the time and effort that goes into making something like this. I hope you enjoy the model;)
I used your model here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhLWtsvCDTE
Unfortunately I don't have a video camera that is very good for motion capture. But it turned out ok I think. :)
Great to see this model used in other projects as well! :D good job
Fantastic! Detail Intensive! When I saw video I thought, "Oh No They Didn't." But no they Did. Really good and Just 3 months? And you guys are about 17 to 20 ? or less. You will no doubt collaborate often through out your lives. Good on ya, and much success.!
Well thanks :) yes my brother and I were kind of stunned by how well this prank was received... we just did it as a fun 'quality time' project before I moved out of the house... by now we made 9Gag, Kotaku and got over 70k views over the past 2 days.... it 's insane but lucky non the less. Thanks for your kind words and enjoy the model! :D
This is awesom!.. im gonna use it for a class on my univertsity! Gracias compa! = thanks dude!
Simply Amazing. I was looking for cool things to do practicing motion track and this wins hands down. GREAT JOB! Thanks for posting it for us!
I want to metaphorically shake your hand on such a job well done!
Hi! Amazing work by the way! I just downloaded it and Blender, and im fairly new. Im having trouble seeing the castle itself, any advice?
Hello, it's an amazing model and animation. I've downloaded and I'm trying to add skydome but never shows sky texture, is there any trick in the project to show that skydome texture? Thanks
Hi, great work with model and animation! I am also playing with matchmowing in blender. What camera did you use?
Amazing short!!! An absolute Blender noob myself, but have taken on a fairly extensive project tho'. Yet your little masterpiece here, makes me think anything is possible. - And with some determination the still composition I'm aiming for, containing spell casting wizards, snow covered mountains, modern high rises and a medieval castle... All done in Blender - may just be possible :D Great piece of inspirational 'Blending' you guys put together.
Hey @Ristridyn - this is what we did with it :) https://voxon.co/winter-game-thrones-title-sequence-hologram/
Hey, this is really nice. I'm looking forward to building it physically using a 3D printer, but need some help with the proyect, since I'm good at machines design but horrible at designing good-looking objects. If anyone is willing to help, just send me a message.
Awesome! I'll try to create something similar on maya, thx a lot for sharing!
I have seen the short...its very cool! Thanks! :)
