This is a retopology of a photogrammetry capture by Katey Goodwin

2 version : 1400 and 5200 poly
In fact I worked first with the low poly version, then I add a subdivision modifier level 1 in simple mode. Then I add a shrinkwrap modifier with the original mesh for target. So there is only one retopology here. About 3 hours I think. For the fur I use the remesh modifier

It's turned out well and there doesn't seem to be a lot of detail lost on the low poly version.
When you imported it, did you work on the high poly version or the low one? How long did you have to spend retopologizing the first version?
