Description:

Distant police lights out of focus, with some lens flare elements.

I needed a looping animated background for video production. This .blend is created with a fast cycles render and a lot of simple nodes in the compositor.

It is setup at PAL Standard Definition resolution, but feel free to render in higher resolution.
