Since I didn't find any kind of luggage on Blendswap, I had to create some ... :-)

Please note all children objects have transform locks to allow the suitcases to work correctly. Disable them if you need to modify something.

If you want to get back to rest pose (closed, handles up), just set all X rotations to 0.
