This is the pre-game alpha release for my new game "Dragons Journey"
There will be new relieses as the entire story is finished. Until then, these demonstrations of the logic programming and basic game concepts of what i will use in the game are what will be posted
Leave lots of comments and input so that i may better the game

P.S
I am also making a game based off of "Doctor who".
I might put a comming atraction on my Dalek model when i post it. (useing a video texture in game engine)

Written October 21, 2013thanks, i generated some landscapes and fused them together using "proportional editing". it was first going to be a snowy ice level, but desert seemed to fit better. I've built another level concept (A lava level) but i may wait until the end of the month to post it. (so everyone's 'bandwidth' can reset) I'm glad you liked it!

Written October 21, 2013the beta will be built according to the story line.
its almost finished but our development team still needs a low poly Spanish conquistador model (thats pretty much just a medieval solder) but nothing we found or have built seems to match.
But all that aside, the project is doing well.
Another issue is when the game is mostly built ill have to post it on another site or a drop box because blendswap only lets you post 99 MB of files

Written October 22, 2013I found it funny to see me Logo in the opening but isn't it a bit heavy? Perhaps it would look better if you could only write my name unobtrusively in the left corner of the screen :) .

Written October 22, 2013About the data size, When your game is finished, you could save a lot memory When You converters all the pngs to jpgs, if you want I can help you at the optimization of the data volume later :)

Written October 22, 2013well the problem was i was trying to use the "easy emitter" addon for blender, but it never worked and all of the image files for it made the blend file so big. when i made this new level that i have not posted yet i unpacked all the files and only packed what i needed and now the new level is down to 10 MB so that fixed it.
I also found it funny, the reason i did that was so there was no mistake of anyone thinking i made your dragon, i respect you and your work :)

Written March 25, 2014Seems like it's going to be a very interesting game. I especially like its' fantasy element.
However, the game keeps crashing after the loading screen.
