This is some kind of a master file for creating tileable brick textures from high poly geometry. Just bake maps (like normals, ao, height) to the selected plane and use these for your textures.
There are 5 individual bricks, copied and rotated several times for good variation. Feel free to change the arrangement and therefore set up different textures.

I made a few those (e.g. roof shingles, wooden planks, cobble stone) but decided to keep them in separate files due to filesize and performance.
PLEASE NOTE:
This blend file requires a fairly powerful computer. I did set the subdivision level to 2 for all bricks which results in ~4-5GB memory usage when baking maps; at level 3 this would be ~15GB. For better viewport navigation switch to wireframe mode.
You know, you could have included the resulting images and saved people a lot of work...
