    whenever I open this model the geometry looks all twisted, messed up.

    The texture isn't included with the model, could you fix this please or add a download link for the textures? Thanks!

    For textures and geometry problems, this is because I made the base model on ZBrush, which I'm a beginner at, and make UV with UV master so it isn't really clean

    I found the problem with the geometry, you just have to delete the displace modifier. I was wondering if you could include the texture with this model?
