Description:

So, this is redo of a blend that I have posted here already. The room was a bit empty and I didn't like that so I put stuff in it. It's done in cycles, rendered at about 1200 but I reduced that to 500 for the download. The textures are from plaintextures.com and modified except for the environment image which is free sample from HDRIhub.com

I rendered under GPU but I have come to realize that many computers can't handle GPU rendering so I would recommend that if the file doesn't open or if blendr crashes when you enter render view to switch to CPU and see if that works.

I learned how to make the drapes from a tutorial online. This is the link if your interested.

P.S. The picture is cut which is fine but there are some great details in the blend that you can't see. To the right is a pillar stand with a...well I don't know what they are called but it is four circles with an arrow through it. I think it is normally used outdoors in gardens like a sun dial of sorts...I could be completely wrong about that. To the left is a chair that I also think is nice. I used the basis of this chair for the bar height stools in the kitchen I did and for the piano legs in another blend but they came from this model. I did the chair a while ago but had no where to put it. So, it's in this blend.

lol...that's funny someone else said that to me from the Google+ community for blender junkies. Believe or not it is actually at the right height. It's about 9 ft which is pretty standard for older homes but I see why people are saying that. I'm short so it's the perfect height for me...lol
