Description:

I was going to make this into a tutorial but I wasn't happy with the end result. So here's the .blend for anyone interested.

It's basically a bunch of a cylinders in particle system with some material node work.

    Fibre Optic, such a cool name! By the way I believe its spelt fibre rather than fiber.
