Hi, since I have looked to the Andrew Price fluid tutorial, I wanted to have a go but I also wanted to do something different from the fluid and the glass shown during the tutorial. It is a very simple scene, every beginner can do it.
So here it is. My zen fountain. It is technically not a real fountain as the liquid is falling on the floor. I tried to put a liquid underneath the stone but it failed. My (crappy) computer can't handle it.
I spent hours to find the right angle and the right DOF and also lot of parameters such as slip type and viscosity. I am still not totally happy with it. But I want to play with the demolition engine now ;)
It was rendered with the cycles engines, blender 2.70, 500 scans, 1080*1080.
Have a good blender day ;)
Thanks for this comment. I am looking forward to get new skills and to improve my blends. There is so many things to learn which is great !!!!
Beautiful: I see you spent a lot of time adjusting the lighting and materials to look perfect: it gives an awsom result! Its so rare people spend time on lighting and nice materials!
Very good. Not only you are a good student but a good learner :). Patient is a sine qua non condition to reach the perfection (if it exists).
