    Where it says "License: CC-BY-SA" if you click on the triangle it explains the license.

    CC-BY-SA means you must give credit, also you can modify but must re-distribute (as CC-BY-SA).

    You can ask for different terms if you like, you should keep a record for copyright purposes.
