An authentic looking cycles glossy coated carbon fibre material using the V2.71 anisotrpic shader. Great for car parts.

IMPORTANT. Your model has to be UV unwrapped for this material to work. Depending on what you call your UV unwrap - you may also have to select it in the "Tangent" node (by default its set to "UVMap")
You can of course use your own textures in this material if you want to achieve a different weave. One texture should be a grey scale bump map and be plugged into the bottom texture node. The second should be a black/white or dark grey/light grey texture following the same overall pattern as the bump map - but without the detail. This second map controls the direction of the anisotropic reflection and should make it follow the weave patterns.
