Written September 01, 2014Ah, right. Thanks a lot. Didn't really fiddle too much with the lightning as I thought that the lightning comes usually from the scene itself.

Edited September 01, 2014Yeah fair enough, I guess you don't need much lighting when your 'showcaseing' small things like this.
Great job, the model itself it great but just a quick tip for the future, try setting the ambient occlusion to 0.4, then using a sun lamp and set the colour to a warm yellow-creamish colour, then facing the opposite direction use another sun lamp and set the colour to a cold blue colour. Also make the cold coloured sun lamp about half the energy the first sun lamp had. Then if you are using blender internal, set the environment lighting to 0.4 again. Hope you can understand that, if it doesn't work thats fine, this is what works for me.
