I think kent tremmel (or however you spell it) from Blender Cookie uses sculpting as his primary modeling technique. He also seems to get nice results, like in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wim_Y4Ju6tk&list=WL&index=73

Just thought I'd add that in case you wanted to see more examples of good sculpting. At least it seems good to me but I'm terrible with sculpting...

Look at some of Ben Simonds stuff.

Blender's not ZBrush but it's sculpting is okay.

Fun to do too, grab some MatCaps from Ben also.
