Holiho!
So this model was based from a character concept by David Revoy www.davidrevoy.com/ .You can find a lot of this little guy online since it was part of a blender cookie challenge that you can find here : https://cgcookie.com/blender/2011/12/14/modeling-exercise-little-bot-bunny-character/.
The model is pretty high poly and The textures were made in Photoshop and are in 4096 by 4096 in the renders but 1024 per 1024 in the blend file, for space saving. The difference in the render between the two textures are negligeable as you can see from the comparison image with the two models.
Modeled in blender, unwrapped in 3Dsmax and rendered with the cycles engine.
