I also had trouble with textures, and I lost all of my work, so I'll download it and fix the textures. But I tell you, this file is fully textured, what you might be missing is saving the textures as images before exporting.
Yes, it must be that. I'm checking the file and Blender warns me that the image textures are packed so I should save externally as image or unpack it. If that's not the case for you, let me know how you import the model and I'll see what I can do.
to import to unity textured, you need to export from blender as FBX or something (not sure which one it was)
