This material is an attempt at making a frozen/icy painted surface all procedural. I used an extreme value on tangent space normal map in order to add some sparkles whith cell voronoi (could be usefull for snow too I guess), which you could see as fireflies. I used some noise color as tangent space normal map to represent some kind of anisotropy (It could have been done with anisotropy shader perhaps)...

I have been trying to get this result for weeks. Thanks a lot tynaud About as good a watercolor its possible to get in cycles Like theres 3-4 layers of paint on a off white paper. Amazing work.
