So where did the crew go? I can see that one of them stuck an oar into the sand, and I can guess that there were between two and four (inclusive) of them, so where did they go? Is there a hidden layer containing their bones?!?!???? While I am tempted to run up and grab the treasure, I suspect that I shall fall foul of a clever ambush.

Your mastery of low poly modelling pales in comparison to your storytelling. Making me think about the scene like that. Well done.
