Another modeling practice based on a million references on google. Might save you some time when modeling cars! It's high poly, but you can always make a low poly bake if you need low poly.
I modeled one section of the five holes using a Boolean and majorly edited the topology. Then I used an array using an empty as the offset value, and rotated around to make the full circle of holes.

If I may ask, how did you do the pattern with the holes? Did you just use a boolean with a ton of cilinders or is their a better way?
