Description:
A model of the traditional Japanese origami paper crane, made from a square plane folded virtually and tweaked when completed. Simple material setup. Nearly completely accurate, with deletion of some layers of paper to simplify the modelling. I have also rigged the model for animation, will post if people want it.

Thank you! It was extremely awkward to do, took like 5 tries, but was totally worth it. I'd say start with a simpler origami model if you were going to try and do something similar, with fewer layers involved.
