Low Poly Abstract

Based off an image I found on Pinterest, can't find the link anymore but it was pretty much the same. Don't mean to be bias but I think it looked nicer though!

    Very nice think for Backgrounds and Wallpaper.

    But one question. How did you made those connection dots at the Wireframe? I tryed it with a Particlesystem but dont know how to archive that result :(
