Procedural rusty paint shader rendered in cycles with material nodes. Includes CG Alpha shader totem.
I'm new to this and don't know how to apply this shader to my own model. It would help to have instructions with the files.
Open you blend file Press - Shift+F1 (function key ), just look for that file from where you want to add material. Click on that file, you will see file extract with folders, look for material folder, and add that material to your file. Now click on that object where you want material. Now material side - just click on material DOWN arrow jst above material preview. type that material name, that is on your object.
just like in real life.
you make really nice shaders, but your mesh seem to make the file really big, could you provide material-only files or with very simple sphere? Great work!
