I made this mic after the tutorial... "Blender Modelling Exercise: Microphone" By CG Masters....found here: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+model+a+microphone+in+blender The work is in cycles and I so far like the result. I was also testing the nodes and understanding how to overlay textures... The final image is at 150 samples. Enjoy working with it. Remember the licensing.
