Description:

Model of Ecranoplane (half plane, half ship), built in Soviet Union. Only one existing prototype can be found docked in base on shore of Caspian sea (thus sometimes called "Caspian Monster"), at 42.881614, 47.656994. It is extraordinery piece of engineering abilities.

    They were able to conquer flying in the ground effect with this beast... Thank goodness Leonid Brezhnev wasn't too interested in it and it was abandoned by the Soviets... When he saw it, his only response was, "When is lunch?"
