This is a completly procedural sky created using noise textures. The nodes are set up to make it very easy to add in and manipulate without going through and tweaking every value everytime.
Even for blender beginners the variables are understandable.

While of cause a real HDRI image would seem more realistic, this node set up is very fast to use and alot easier to put in blender.
