Door + Door Frame

Description:

Use the Hinge Bolt to open and close the door by rotating it along the z-axis. Handles operate like a normal door in that both door handles rotate together. There is no lock (have yet to make that)

    It looks very cool but the only problem is when I downloaded it, everything was selected and I did literally everything to deselect but it didn't can someone help me out?
