Anybody can use parts in any scenes. Materials are ready to use in BI. You can add materials in Cycles by yourself ! Most textures are included, but some of them not, so you have to download additional textures from CGTextures.com;

    I got a platinum series PSU for my build about 6 months ago and it's been running solid. The efficiency is good so less heat and lower power bills. Mine stays pretty quiet even when I'm gaming for hours. The cables that came with it were long enough for my mid tower case and the connectors felt sturdy. I went with platinum series because I wanted something that would last and the warranty is really long. Installation was simple and it powers my RTX card without any issues. If you need a reliable PSU that won't give you problems it's a good choice
