Description:

Hey guys, I wanted to make a quick chromatic aberration group because I wanted to have more room for customization than the 'lens dispersion' node could afford. For those of you who don't know, chromatic aberration is when light passes through a camera lens at different wavelengths, and thus gets kinda separated. It's a really cool effect (that's the bane of any photographer's existence) and it can really boost photorealism. This setup gives the user the ability to shift all three main colors of light (red, blue, and green) and even mix them together. The key for all the controls, inputs, and outputs is inside the file along with a demo image that you can play around with.
Because the blend is a compositing node setup, I'm pretty sure the render engine doesn't matter, but I created the setup with cycles. Also, the attribution is set to CC Public Domain (CC-0) because I personally hate being obligated to attribute something. There's absolutely no obligation to attribute the setup to me, and you can do it only if you want to. Message me if you have any questions!
