    I fixed the rotation problem you were having on the wing constraints. Both the copy rotation and limit rotation constraints need to be changed from "World Space" to "Local Space." This makes it so that the wings will follow the local rotation of the model and also obey the constraints. This should work on your X-Wing and others too. Hope that helps, and great models I must say :)
