Welcome! You may want to recalculate the normals (ctrl + N) first if ever you want to export it as fbx, just to avoid those artifacts. xD
I have split the objects and exported them to json format (which is not forgiven) and the normals were fine. I have merged the UV map into one jpeg file if you ever want that file just let me know. It is working great thus far into a game dynamic forest. Thank you for all!
