This is amazing!!! thanks so much. i'll like to build more on this though if you don't mind.. like first turn it into a node based system, add lightening nodes, add different cloud texture nodes, add cloud color variation and some other randomness...

Hi, thank you for all the comments. First thing, it is Free for any purpose ;). Second, I'm working on Grass Free now that will be released this summer (http://wolfflow.weebly.com/). Sky Free 2.0 will come after Grass Free with a lot of improvements and new features like the Night with Stars ;)

This is just amazing. I tried to make a sky node myself and even put it on blendswap but I have to admit I have been outclassed by a lot. But I also feel like I learned a lot from your node setup. I will definitely try to create a new version of my own node now. Just maybe I can get a little closer to the amassing wok you have created. :D

    very inspiring

Cool!! How come it only shows the top half as clouds though? They seem to get all squished as they approach the horizon.
