Can you put everything into standard position so it can be porperly rigged? I mean why give it to us with the head and limbs rotated if its not rigged?

tgr8db here a hint to make double side insect wings. In edit mode select the planes assuming you click them then click mesh go to faces and click solidify. hope this helps you in future.
