Theme based on Maya's color. As a Maya user no matter how much I love Blender I often get really annoyed by Blender's colors in the 3d viewport. It always seems to be hard to work in wireframe mode and the default colored lighting feels really distracting not to mention the background too dark for my taste. Here is what I came up with to solve this problem as far. 3d viewport is the main thing, but I also tried to make the UI similar to what I am used to with a few improvements trying to make it uniformly clear what is selected and what is not in the UI and making it flat for less distractions. The idea would be to disable additional Solid OpenGL Lights, set specular color to black and make the light come directly from the viewer's direction as well in the User Preferences System tab.
