Barrel for Rum, or for anything You want :) Feel free to use this at Your convenience
i upvoted in the end because it's a beautiful model with great materials. i was on the fence though because most of the parts of this seem needlessly high poly to me. the "wood" bits are certainly a decent polycount. the flat end caps could have done without quite as many polygons as they have but the curved planks are a brilliant example of using the right amount of polygons for the job. the metal parts on the other hand seem to have quite a bit more polygons than they need. especially the base that the barrel is resting on.
Wow, very nice shaders....how did you get to use the IOR as a fresnel effect? Very nice model too. :)
Thank You :) fresnel node contain ior value , but, maybe i don't understand your question correctly :)
Sorry my bad: how did you got the idea to use the IOR to simulate the fresnel effect?
From Youtube tutorials ... somewhere...about simplest shader setup :)
I'm learning about textures. how was this made? from substance painter?
well done, I might just have a glass ;)
