Base mesh is quite low poly. The model uses a number of modifiers to achieve its effects. The limbs can move in any direction and extend to any length just by editing the Curve controlling each limb.
The shiny bender image uses an environment map (because something needs to be reflected), it is not included in this since its 65Mb.
