Shinobu from Bakemonogatari the anime. model has riggify rig.

i have worked on this model for a few months. however i never found a way to rig the hair over the 4 ways i tried so i gave up on it. the hair is parented to the head bone so if anyone wants to feel free to try and rig the hair. hope you enjoy.
