Description:
Based on the standard Blender 2.78 Theme loosely with changes for less UI noise.
Doing Design in Blender, i needed a UI that is readable but also unobtrusive. The UI should not distract the work.

a lot of mid grey values are used (to get less distraction by the UI)

panelbars are a bit lighter then panels (to tell them apart easier)

activated options, sliders, tabs are light blue (to see activated options)

very sharp blacks and whites are softened (to get less noise)

3D effects are softened a lot (to get less UI noise too)
Used on Blender v2.78
Easy Eyes v01 - Good for colouring and design work (unobtrusive, less clear)
Easy Read v02 - Good for technical work (very clear, more obtrusive)
