Thanks! I actually rendered that with Cycles! :D The result might be little better tho. But I really also want to have some cartoonish effects.
The selecting trick: Select one face / vertex / edge. Then press CTRL + + (plus) to increase the selected area. With Ctrl + -(minus) you can decrease the selected area. If you wanna select things between two selected faces, you can first select any face and then CTRL select any other face in the same mesh and Blender will find bath between those two. Those are very handy things!
Thanks very much :) I can imagine how much easier it will be to model some complex meshes with these tips. Thanks :D
Ha! Nice one, keep them coming :)
I have some questions:
Why do you still using internal engine instead cycles? Is there any particular reason, like more cartoon effect or something?
And another one, i've watched your video about making that pop-up book scene - how do you select faces by steps, selecting them as concentric areas? I've been searching it in some tutorials and couldn't find a thing about it, how did you do that?
Cheers :)
