Just a couple tips: The normals on the flashlight are inside-out. While in edit mode go to Mesh>Normals>Recalculate Outside or Ctrl+N. Also the poly-count on the flashlight seems a bit high. You can get about the same amount of detail with a lot less geometry by adding a Decimate modifier with two iterations of Un-Subdivide and applying smooth shading in the tool panel.
One last thing, you packed a 13MB HDR image in with this blend, but it isn't used. I recommend removing the image to reduce file size and clutter, but if you do want to use it, please credit the author of the image.
