There is no sound in the movie until the very end!! Do not turn your volume up all the way! But do have your headphones on so you can hear the end.
Hello! After many hours (way to many) and a short movie later here is the new and improved Cycles, rigged, fixed, and other wise way better then the first one First Order Stoormtrooper!
A LOT of loving hours went into this baby!
Hope you enjoy and please let me know if you use it! I would love to see it!
Cheers, Rex a.k.a Thomas Robb
p.s Here is the movie that this dude was in. Enjoy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJ83bS01vGs&t=26s)
Thanks man for your kind words :D Glad you can use it, I would love to see the result!
Cheers, Thomas a.k.a Rex
I saw the render and i know immediately that this is your great work again :) Good Work! cheers
where is the rest of the body? i can see it under the armature in the outliner tab, but its not in the 3d viewport
Hmm... I am not sure what is going on with that. It may be that the "Mask" modifier is making it invisible. Try selecting it from the outliner tab and hiding the "Mask" modifier under the "Modifiers" tab.
Hope this helps
Cheers, Thomas A.K.A Rex
I tried what you said, and it doesn't help, but I did find what was wrong, kind of. If you go to the armature settings and click the "rest position" button, the whole model is there, but when you set it back to "pose position" you can't see the body. So if anyone can help, that would be amazing, because I've had this problem on many other models. For example the Raid Boss Shougun, the same thing happened.
No. Go to your user preferences and under the "File" tap, there is a button that says "Auto Run" Click to enable.
Hope that fixes the problem :D
Cheers, Thomas
Here is my little animation with your model (https://youtu.be/tIToczHcG34)
Nice man. Inspire me a lot to concept elements called "space junk". Your credit atached and congratulations. Thank you very much! Edward from Brazil.
Wow! This Rig is AMAZING!! Great job rex, give yourself a pat on the back, this is amazing.
your model is really awesome I use it for personal stuff, got some idea buzzing my mind https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10211299131312673&set=a.1002416999323&type=3&theater
I'm so glad you could use it and for such a nice message! Cheers! :D
Wow. just wow. This is an amazing model, huge props to you man, do you mind if I use this guy in an animation I'm working on? I'll definitely give you credit
Yeah man! Go ahead! Just link me the final video, I want to see it!! :D
Works perfectly but everything is low poly and the subsurf modifiers are all red/not enabled.
Most likely "simplify" is enabled. Also there may be issues if your using 2.8 + I haven't checked to see if there are any bugs pulling it in. If you have any more questions or issues let me know and I'm happy to help! :D
I used this here: https://www.deviantart.com/designerberg/art/The-Final-Order-842234483
why does the model lag when using the rig in my blender project, i am using blender 3.0 and I have no other objects in the scene but yet it lags way more that the origional project.
I got no clue man, I haven't tested anything in blender 3.0. I maybe should revamp the model for 3.0
Yeah man! awesome! this model looks perfect and suitable for my planned composition in photoshop =) and yes after i modeled my first trooper helmet i agree with you that it is way to much time you have to spend in these kind of models, but the results are simply stunning and reward us for the hard work
