10 pebbles photoscanned with open source software (openMVG and openMVS), which are created from own photos. They are created from 5 different pebbles, each has one variation, giving you 10 pebbles.
Warning: You need to use blender 2.78 or later, because it uses the new microdisplacement feature.
The meshes are cleaned, retopology is done, UV unwrapped and textures baked. Textures are packed in the blend-file, also included is a CC0 HDRI from blender cloud. Also the blend file uses two different scenes, one for just the assets and one for rendering the preview image.
i will create more, also food / fruits , stones and rocks, old tree stumps and more. Currently i have no time because i work on other things now.
I really like this. I woluld appreciate to see more of such photoscanned stuff, maybe .... food comes to my mind: vegetables, fruits, or even - simply more stones. Variety is essential in natural things, one may use a lot of therm. Thanks for the good work.
