Its very high poly model, mainly due to the roof.More over the roof is made up of array modifier and boolean modifier is used to adjust it.You are free to use for any purpose :)

    Nice structure, but you might want to spend some time cleaning up the blend file: There seem to be a lot of unused objects (works in progress?) spread over 12 layers as well as extra images packed into the blend (stock reference photos?).
