Everything in this file is Blender-made, except the lampshade, which I created in ZBrush (but applied materials in Blender). The shade, bulb, harp and finial are all parented to the swing arm, so you can adjust the whole upper part by changing the Z rotation value of the swing arm. The electric cord is left as a curve for easy adjustment to your scene. All parts are properly named and the lamp is grouped and parented to an empty, ready for linking or appending.
All textures are procedural.
